Michael Scott continues his streak of stupid ideas when he becomes romantically involved with Pam's mom. When Pam finds out about his secret she is definitely beyond upset. Michael's insensitivity towards Pam has taken her over the edge.
Jim has also had a hard time adjusting to the life of a manager at Dunder Mifflin. He has become more and more like Michael with each new episode that roles by. From quirky remarks to less than intelligent comments at the workplace. Jim is losing his spark that the audience has come to know and love.
