Jim and Michael attempt to do the impossible! As co-managers of the office, their relationship has become a barrage of comical, sarcastic comments and funny insults. A problem arises when the managers must decide who receives the little bonus money that the company has to offer its employees. Jim flies into this predicament with head held high while Michael sits back with a smirk on his face and the knowledge that Jim's ideas will not be received well by his employees.
Jim willingly throws his new reputation as a manger on the line when he unveils his plan for distributing the bonuses. After coming to the realization that his ideas were not favored by his subordinates, Jim finally gives in to Michael's quirky ideas for monetary distribution. Jim, as a result, receives vital tips for managing the diverse office of employees at Dunder Mifflin Scranton.
Tonight's episode was packed with quick-witted remarks and hilarious, disgruntled office people. Though not a lot happened this week in terms of the show plot, this episode provided yet another 22 minutes of comedy that viewers have come to know and love.
