Michael Scott is conflicted! He wants to keep his current position as manager because of his feeling of superiority over the rest of the office. Yet Michael does not want to lose his supposed J.Crew model Jim Halpert to another job opportunity outside of the Dunder Mifflin Paper Company. Jim, realizing the delicate situation he is in, because of the baby on the way, decides to keep Michael in the dark concerning the possible promotion of both himself and Michael. Naive Jim, very Naive. He soon realizes that Michael is just as idiotically lethal as he is when he is in the know.
It seems like Michael is conflicted just about every episode. He is definitely a natural when it comes to having problems or being the problem. There are people in life that seem to fit this role quite well. It seems like the producers of The Office have a pretty easy time coming up with problems to issue into each hilarious episode. Could it be that they are the "Michael's" of their own lives? Who is the "Michael" of your life?
