New Leaf

Now it's time to get serious. It's time to talk about things I want all high school students to know about college. Lets start with freshman year in high school. For some reason, a lot of high school students get it into their heads that freshman year grades are no big deal and they can get good grades junior and senior year and still be fine. The problem with that logic is that it doesn't work that way. Colleges look at your cumulative GPA, so that includes all your academic years in high school. There is no reason to take a year off. You're barely starting your academic career. It's time to put your thinking cap on and learn as much as you can, before the money even becomes a part of your education.
