This week's episode was non-existent, so let's recap on what's happened so far this season. Jim and Pam are enjoying the married life while continuing their professional careers at Dunder Mifflin. Michael shares the throne with Jim, who was promoted to Regional Co-manager of Dunder Mifflin Scranton. This season has been a big learning period for Jim, who has begun to understand that being a manager is not as easy as he thought it would be. Michael's quirky managerial tactics don't seem so strange as Jim finds it difficult to entertain the troops in Scranton. This is a season of learning and loving, and martial arts!
